Support for trained users of DynoChem is provided by engineers and chemists with experience of hundreds of reaction steps and their associated workup and isolation operations.

The primary purpose of DynoChem support is to improve the proficiency of users in applying the software successfully to their projects. All requests for DynoChem support should be forwarded to support@scale-up.com. Each request should contain: a statement of the project objective(s); a short process description; the appropriate DynoChem models and/or utilities as attachments.
