We pride ourselves on the quality of our user support for customers. Support for trained end users is provided by engineers and chemists with experience of hundreds of reactions and their associated workup and isolation operations.
We support you and your IT colleagues in deploying the software and ensuring a good fit with your existing and planned systems. Our support also assists greatly with the initial work to roll DynoChem out to new users and help them with their first projects; this combined with our training helps to make users capable with the software in a short time.

DynoChem is used by consultants offering services to industry. Each copy of DynoChem contains a built-in training environment, comprising nearly fifty exercises that can be taken by users at their desks and at their own pace. These exercises build proficiency in common process development workflows that users can apply every day.
Instructor-led DynoChem training is available at customer sites, delivered by our training team and / or customer power users. We also deliver a web based training program that is open to all users.
In addition, recorded webinars on frequent applications and questions may be viewed in the Users Area of this website; these provide useful reminders for occasional users and a good introduction to DynoChem for new users.
Live public webinars are also run several times annually, providing additional learning opportunities and information on latest features.
